Duncan’s Janitorial, Inc. and Carpet Cleaning began in the Evansville area over 18 years ago by the president and owner, David C. Duncan. The company was founded upon and still prides itself on the values of hard work, customer satisfaction and personalized customer service. We firmly believe in creating relationships with our customers that last for years while providing them with the best care and skillful maintenance of their establishments.

Our company has grown by leaps and bounds with dedicated employees that work together in both small, personal businesses along with some of the Tri-States most prestigious, large corporations to produce the end result of a cleaner, healthier and more customer inducing environment for our clients. All Duncan’s Janitorial, Inc. and Carpet Cleaning employees receive extensive one-on-one training by management personnel before beginning any new assignment by our company. Employee evaluations and on-site visitations by a member of our supervisory team are performed on a regular basis to insure a quality of work that exceeds our customer’s expectations. For security and safety, all employees are background checked, required to pass initial and random drug tests, expected at all times to wear Duncan’s Janitorial, Inc. uniform shirts and, if required, name badges. Our company is licensed, bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
